Floris is our new Inside Sales specialist in the team and together with Liam he supports acount & business development managers in the field to follow-up on projects and requests from customers. Floris is also a very good DJ.
Jan Van Dijck
Sales Manager
Directing both the E-mobility and the Electronics & Automation sales team. Jan has an extensive background in sales and is our true power supply guru. Colleagues not only count on his expertise but also appreciate his company during customer visits all over Europe. Has a real passion for cycling and always looks for a new sporting challenge.
Ignacio Higes
Business Development Manager
Our eyes and ears in Spain and Portugal. With his technical background and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, Ignacio is keen to support his rising homemarkets with Higo e-bike connectors. Greatest fan of football and enthusiastic bass player.
Liam Haesen
Inside Sales Specialist
Getting things done from the inside. Liam works hand in hand with the international team, provides support on running project and works out requests from customers all over Europe. Liam is a semi-professional volleybal player and also enjoys a good ride with his gravelbike.
Nils Hölscher
Business Development Manager
Nils is a German sales professional and recently joined A&C Solutions to further build the Higo connector business in the DACH region and to take care of our customers there. Nils has a strong "we can do that" mentality and is a very competitive sportsperson, passionate about cycling as well.
Joni Ivens
Junior Account Manager
Joni started as inside sales some years ago and has grown to become the account manager for the UK, Benelux & Scandinavian countries as well as customers in Central & Eastern Europe. Joni counts on her multilingual skills and her professional approach to assist customers with their e-bike connector requests. She is also focused on mastering the Chinese language.
Kristof Van Wetering
Product Manager
Knows all ins-and-outs of the complete Higo connector range. Kristof is the link between Higo in China, A&C Solutions’ HQ and customers throughout Europe. Steps in whenever his technical knowledge is required to move things forward. Currently training to run his first marathon.
Jannes Christiaensen
Key Account Manager
Likes to nail complex E-bike projects and guiding customers through them from beginning to launch. Accountable for all key accounts in Europe. Enjoys building up long term relationships with customers. Also a young talented cook!
Franky Vanlerberghe
CEO
Founder and CEO of A&C Solutions. Steps in where needed to make sure that things keep going in the right direction. Remains calm at all times and has an eye for always finding a solution. Franky is still involved in customer projects where his connector expertise & knowledge of the market come in handy. A golfer with potential, always in for a joke.
Mathys Huvelin
Business Development Manager
As our local specialist in France, Mathys supports all French customers and looks for opportunities to grow the Higo connector business. Mathys was kayaking world champion in 2013 and is also a passionate cyclist.
Aline Appels
Customer support
The chance that you get Aline on the phone when you contact A&C Solutions is quite high. With her customer friendly voice Aline helps out customers with all sales order related questions. It's Aline's main responsibility at A&C Solutions to process all Higo sales orders into our system and to provide quick feedback to customers. Aline has a passion for the Far East and especially Japan.
