A more sustainable company policy based on ISO 14001

At A&C Solutions we find it important to make our contribution to a more sustainable environment. We have a long term vision to embed sustainability into our daily operations and in our partnerships with our suppliers. We are keen to move forward and proud at the same time with every step that we take in this process.

ISO 14001

Throughout 2022 and 2023 we have taken big steps to obtain the ISO 14001 environmental certificate in addition to our ISO 9001 quality certificate.

As a team, we are committed to making progress in the following areas:

Create awareness within the team & our suppliers
Reuse our packaging
Reduce the use of gas & electricity
Reduce our waste
Sort our waste better
Switching to more sustainable alternatives where possible

VCDO Charter

A&C Solutions has also joined Voka's VCDO Charter as a participant in 2023 and have now moved on the ladder to become a laureate in 2024. The VCDO Charter supports companies in translating the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations (the SDGs) into a yearly action plan on an ecological, sociological and economic level.

Our action plan for the this year will focus on:

Well-being and health of our employees
Investing in the education and development of our employees
Embedding our company values into our organisation
Raising awareness of our suppliers about the environment in collaboration with the German online platform Sustainabill
Digitalisation of our systems
